History and evolution of sales development; introduction to prospecting and SDR responsibilities.

Deep dive into prospecting, lead research and outbound emailing.

Building sales cadences, exploring sales strategies and navigating sales engagement platforms.

Developing effective cold calling strategies and practicing objection handling.

Building your LinkedIn profile, resume and personal brand; social selling techniques.

Interview preparation and understanding the end to end sales cycle.

Differentiating between cold calls and discovery calls and articulating when to use each.

Applying various sales methodologies to create a personalized Sales Playbook.

Advanced professional development including negotiation strategies to improve compensation and benefits.

Leveraging your network, developing career plans and advancing beyond the SDR role.

Exam eligibility note

Upon completion, students are eligible to sit for the AA ISP Certified SDR and NASP CPSP exams; exam fees are included in tuition.
